2010 Taitung Flowing Lake 113km International Triathlon
Competition General Regulations
Event Date: 7:30 AM Saturday, May 1st, 2010
Venue: Forest Park, Taitung City, Taiwan Race Distance:
Swim Course: 1.9 km (1.2mi.)-1 lap. Taitung Flowing Lake
Bike Course: 90 km (56mi.)-2 laps. Flowing Lake to Provincial Road No. 11 (141.7 km ), Back to Ma heng heng Road,
Then go back to Provincial Road No.11 (141.7 km ), The second laps after, and return to Flowing Lake.
Run Course: 21.1 km (13.1mi.)-2 laps. Clockwise from the Flowing Lake along bike road in the first lap at 8.5 kilometers into the Forest park by the back door then the second laps once more into the bike road to flood prevention Rd and directly back to the Flowing Lake.
Time Limit: For Swim leg is 2 hours, 4 hours for cycling and 2.5 hours for running.
Overall Distance: The Participant swimming and cycling more than total time 6 hours 30 minutes by the termination of his continued competition.
