Feng Chun Kai won the sprint finish as 3 broke away with 2km to go in the Taiwan National Cycle Championships held in Taidong on Saturday. Feng, 2008 Olympian, bounced back from a crash at the Tien Mu Criterium 1 week earlier. The race also served as the qualifier for Taiwan teams to enter the 2011 Tour de Taiwan.
